Hi everyone,
I've shipped dozens of parcels from Poland over the last year and tried pretty much every mainstream carrier. Quick comparison from my experience:
- DHL Express: fastest option, usually 2–3 days to the UK or Germany, great tracking, but the most expensive.
- DPD: good middle ground — reliable, decent tracking, and solid prices for parcels up to 20 kg.
- InPost: unbeatable for small packages within Poland, and their international expansion (UK, IT, ES) is gaining speed.
- Poczta Polska: cheapest, but slow and tracking updates can be erratic.
For valuable or time-sensitive items I stick with DHL. For regular mid-size parcels DPD gives the best value. For lightweight stuff InPost Locker delivery is hard to beat.
What's your go-to carrier and for which destinations?

Solid comparison. DPD has been my workhorse too — good sweet spot between price and speed. One thing I appreciate about booking through a forwarder instead of the carrier directly is the negotiated rates; when I use Polbox world I get noticeably lower DHL Express prices than the public tariff, probably because they ship in volume. Worth checking against a direct booking before you commit.
