- Verify email
- Open dashboard — copy your Warsaw shipping address and any customer ID line
- Bookmark polbox.world for tracking and forum help
Day 1–2 — First purchase
Pick something easy: cosmetics, a book, light clothing from Allegro Smart! listing.
At checkout:
- Paste full Warsaw address from dashboard
- Choose InPost Paczkomat if available (cheapest)
- Pay with international card or PayPal
Day 3–5 — Domestic arrival
Parcel hits our warehouse. You get notification in dashboard. Status changes to "received." Optional: request photo of contents.
If you only bought one item, you can ship now — but consider waiting for more orders to save internationally.
Day 5–12 — Stack more orders (recommended)
Buy 3–8 more items from Allegro, Vinted, or Polish shops. Each arrives separately domestically cheap. All wait in your queue.
Day 12 — Consolidate
In dashboard: select parcels → Consolidate → choose destination country → pick courier speed → pay shipping fee.
We repack into one box, attach invoices, dispatch.
Day 12–14+ — International transit
EU: often 2–5 days after dispatch. USA: 4–8 days express. Australia: 7–14 days. Tracking live until delivered.
