Shipping parcels from Poland to the EU — my experience and tips

I wanted to share a few practical tips about forwarding parcels from Poland to other EU countries. Shopping in Polish online stores (Allegro, Zalando Lounge, Empik) is often significantly cheaper than in Western Europe, which is why parcel forwarding services are becoming more and more popular.
My observations:
- It's worth consolidating several orders into one parcel — it considerably reduces shipping costs.
- Before ordering, I always check the dimensions and weight of the packaging, since those usually determine the shipping price.
- Insurance for higher-value shipments is a must — I once lost a parcel with electronics and it was a painful lesson.
- Delivery time within the EU is usually 2–5 business days, while outside the EU (UK, Norway) you need to add extra time for customs clearance.
